You are welcome to schedule more than 1 physical therapy a month. Any additional visits will be charged at your discounted membership rate of $145/visit.

This membership is set up to be billed on a monthly basis but is the equivalent of 12 physical therapy visits a year. Should you find yourself unable to come in due to illness, travel, or some other circumstance you will be able to transfer your physical therapy visits to another month.

Your PT will work with you and help determine the best plan of care.  If you are insured by a carrier we are contracted with, we may be able to bill your insurance for injury-related PT visits.  If we are not, you have the option to pay the discounted cash PT rate of $145/visit or place your membership on hold.

This membership cost is $145/month which includes one physical therapy session. Any additional services during your month will be billed individually.

Absolutely. All clients who are new to Pilates with us start with a Getting Connected package which includes 3 1:1 sessions and 3 classes or 5 1:1 sessions. We require this individual time to get to know your body and your goals as well as make sure you learn about the equipment and safety before beginning classes.
