Our studio, Golden PT & Pilates, offers personalized physical therapy services—including manual therapy, functional dry needling, Pilates-based rehab, injury risk and balance screenings, VALD Force Decks performance evaluations, and more—alongside a full range of Pilates classes and CoreAlign classes. We also offer opportunities for students to deepen their education experience with 1:1 training, workshops and opportunities for fulfilling observation hours.
