Mentorship Program

One of the most valuable parts of becoming a Pilates teacher is having the guidance and support of an experienced mentor. While manuals and coursework provide the foundation, mentorship is where you truly develop confidence, refine your eye, and deepen your understanding of movement. Working with a mentor helps you learn how to adapt your teaching to real people in real time and develop a relationship that will last long beyond certification. Our mentors’ ability to provide consistent feedback, observation opportunities, and 1:1 instruction throughout your training journey will help you connect the dots from coursework to real life. These programs are designed to support you as you grow from student to confident teacher, giving you personalized guidance along the way. If you are not close to our studio we strongly encourage you to seek out a mentor in your area. While we may be able to do some mentoring virtually, nothing replaces the hands on and real time feedback that is provided in person.

Student Workshops

We offer a wide variety of workshops geared towards current movement teachers and students wishing to learn more about Pilates, CoreAlign®, teaching, and more. Our team of instructors is passionate about going beyond what is taught in the initial training programs. These workshops will help you enhance your observational skills, critically think about what you are teaching and why, and provide up-to-date information about current research and insights into movement. As we continue to learn more about how the body works, we must incorporate that knowledge into our teaching so our clients can feel the results they are looking for.
