Carrie A. Lamb, PT, DPT, OCS

A woman receiving Physical therapy care from a practitioner in a clinic room with posters of human anatomy on the wall.

Carrie is a mover, plain and simple. She fidgets, she stretches, she sits on the floor, she makes things. She cooks, she teaches, and she plays outside as much as she can. She's grateful every day that she was accepted into physical therapy school.

Carrie found her calling early and has spent her entire career as a curious observer of how we move. Functional, dysfunctional, different, interesting, and outright unbelievable movement patterns spark her curiosity and her creativity. She continues to be inspired and fascinated by the ability of the human body and mind to adapt and change, for better or worse, to meet the demands placed on it.

She has spent many years learning manual techniques to align, lengthen, release, and stretch different areas of the body. What she's learned is that they are all useful as long as they help restore MOVEMENT. We are mobile beings, and we interact with each other and our world through our ability to move. Carrie is passionate about empowering people to optimize their movement and fully engage with the world around them. That passion has given her amazing opportunities to teach locally, nationally, and internationally, spreading her love of movement. She hopes to share that with you too!
